Being straight about what we are
Niyati Chemlabs is a supplier. That distinction matters when you are assessing a vendor, so we would rather state it plainly than let a website imply otherwise.
What it means in practice: we hold an FSSAI licence in our own name, we source from manufacturing sites that carry the relevant certifications, and we pass through the documentation that comes with each batch rather than issuing manufacturing certificates of our own. Where a certification is held by the source manufacturer and not by us, we say so.
What ships with an order
Every consignment carries a certificate of analysis from the manufacturing site, tied to the batch number printed on the pack. Before that, at quotation stage, you get the specification sheet — so nothing about the material should be a surprise by the time it reaches your goods-in.
Where applicable we can also supply allergen statements, Non-GMO declarations, Halal and Kosher certificates, and heavy-metal and microbial reports from the source manufacturer.
Storage and handling
Materials are held and dispatched in their original sealed packing. Our standing advice, which matches what is printed on the pack, is to store in a clean, dry, infestation-free area away from direct sunlight, and to observe the shelf life stated on the batch documentation.
Ask for anything you need
If your quality team or your auditor needs a particular document, ask for it. If we hold it we will send it; if we do not, we will tell you where it has to come from.
What backs the material
FSSAI licensed
Niyati Chemlabs holds a current FSSAI licence, printed on every pack we supply. It is the licence that permits us to trade food and nutraceutical materials in India.
Certificate of analysis per batch
Each consignment is accompanied by the batch certificate of analysis from the manufacturing site, tied to the batch number printed on the pack.
Specification before you order
The specification sheet goes out before you commit, so your quality team can review the material against your own standard first.
Where the material comes from
These are certifications held by the manufacturing sites we source from. Certificates are shared with buyers on request, per material.
Need documentation for your file?
Specification sheets, certificates of analysis and source certifications are sent on request — usually the same working day.
