About this formulation
Moringano F Tablet is built on Shigru (Moringa oleifera), which makes up 200 mg of the 500 mg coated tablet, combined with the group of herbs that ayurveda has traditionally reserved for women’s health — Shatavari, Ashok, Lodhra and Dashmool. The intention of the formulation is nutritional and supportive rather than corrective: a daily tablet that sits alongside ordinary diet and routine.
The herbs, and why they are here
Shigru (Moringa oleifera) — the drumstick tree, valued in Indian households as a dense dietary source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant compounds. It forms the nutritional base of the tablet.
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) — the classical rasayana for women, whose name is usually translated as “she who has a hundred roots”. It is used across the reproductive years and is traditionally associated with hormonal balance.
Ashok (Saraca asoca) — the bark is the best known ayurvedic herb for the menstrual cycle, used in Indian practice to support normal flow and cycle regularity.
Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa) — bark extract, traditionally paired with Ashok in formulations intended to support uterine tone.
Dashmool — the classical ten-root preparation, used in ayurveda where vata is aggravated and associated with cramping and discomfort.
Aloe (Aloe vera) — known in ayurveda as Kumari, used both for digestion and as a supportive herb in women’s formulations.
Methi (Trigonella foenum-graecum) — fenugreek, rich in dietary fibre and long established in ayurvedic practice as an anti-inflammatory herb.
