About this formulation
Moringano M Tablet pairs a substantial dose of Shigru (Moringa oleifera) with four herbs that ayurveda has traditionally used to support male vitality and resilience. Moringa accounts for 300 mg of the 550 mg coated tablet and provides the nutritional base; Ashwagandha, Shilajit, Safed Musli and Kaunch Beej are added at supportive levels. The formulation is intended as a daily tonic taken alongside a normal diet.
The herbs, and why they are here
Shigru (Moringa oleifera) — the drumstick tree, one of the most nutrient-dense plants in common Indian use. The leaf is a dietary source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant compounds, and is traditionally used as a general restorative.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) — the best studied ayurvedic adaptogen, sometimes called Indian ginseng. It is traditionally used to help the body cope with physical and mental stress, to support endurance, and to promote a calm and steady state of mind.
Shuddha Shilajit (Asphaltum) — purified mineral pitch, described in ayurveda as enhancing the action of the herbs it accompanies by supporting their absorption. It is traditionally associated with stamina, recovery and antioxidant support.
Safed Musli (Asparagus adscendens) — the tuberous root has been used for centuries in Indian practice as a vajikarana herb, that is, one traditionally associated with male reproductive health and vigour.
Kaunch Beej (Mucuna pruriens) — the seed is a classical nervine tonic in ayurveda, traditionally used to support the normal functioning of the nervous system, mental alertness and muscular strength.
